In This Exciting Role, You Will

• Operate and manage a large format four-color 26” Komori Offset press, including configuring the press computers,units, and auxiliary equipment,as well as performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Create single or multi-colored test prints to ensure products meet the highest standards, comparing samples with templates, and using existing files to reproduce stock products.
• Follow work orders and instructions meticulously to ensure product accuracy.
• Prepare and inspect printing plates, ensuring they are correctly placed in machines.
• Verify the quality of printing output using methods like visual verification and densitometers to maintain high standards and meet deadlines.
• Adjust, clean, and lubricate press and ink rollers for successful operation, performing scheduled maintenance on presses and other pressroom equipment.
• Provide support to other presses and press supporting equipment on the floor, including digital, roll-to-roll,flexographic, and large format as needed.
  
  

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of offset press operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to pass a color test
• Comprehensive understanding of press requirements for Offset, Flexographic, and Digital presses
