Corgan's facilities team seeks a dependable Office Services Supervisor to join the team in our Dallas office.
Responsibilities
Oversees the daily operations of office facilities including coordination with the landlord for office maintenance and cleaning services
Oversees weekly rounds and routines throughout the facility to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner
Coordinate and prioritize office tasks and assignments, ensuring timely completion
Facilitate effective communication within the office, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all staff members are kept informed of important updates
Assist with preparing and proofreading headcount, transportation, onboarding reports and other documents
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, such as office equipment suppliers, maintenance contractors, and cleaning services
Assist with access control and intrusion office systems
Assist with scheduling and follow-ups on individual furniture repair/modifications requests
Provides support as the primary interface with landlord for maintenance, repair and security issues, when the office services manager is not present
Assist with administrative and setup logistics for Dallas office events
Collaborates and delegates office tasks with other staff to promote equitable work distribution, resolve scheduling and employee concerns and foster a collaborative team environment
Develop and maintain efficient record-keeping systems for both physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are properly organized, stored, and archived
Assist with budget preparation, cost savings opportunities, and tracking office expenses.
Participates in on-call rotations for all office locations
Assist with coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
AED/ CPR training and machine maintenance.
Coordinates service and maintenance for Dallas floater vehicles
Provides coverage for office services staff as needed
Participates in and coordinates special projects as requested
Ability to manage a team of 3 employees
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in facilities/office services
Bachelor’s degree; or combination of high school diploma and equivalent experience
Exceptional client service skills
Adapts to rapidly changing environment, exhibiting the flexibility to maintain evolving responsibilities and accountabilities
Occasional lifting is required
Uses MS Office Suite and other business applications
