Job Summary: The role of Office (Scale) Manager/IT support is responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of office personnel and scale operators to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include managing the ordering of supplies for office and scale houses, coordinating schedules for scale operators, and visiting eleven locations monthly. This role also acts as the first point of contact for internal IT troubleshooting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Agricultural experience is a plus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to ensure a seamless transition into new role
Daily coordination with Grain Operation, Agronomy, and Logistics Manager
Assist with probing, grading, and scaling; understanding Scale Operators' duties
Manage updates for grain testing and RFID scale equipment
Exhibit exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Facilitate and participate in training sessions and industry education/training/conferences
Attend and contribute to company safety meetings
Ensure timely reporting of safety issues and enforce rules and regulations
Provide reimbursement (mileage) for travel between locations or a work vehicle
Act as the first point of contact for IT troubleshooting for employees
Serve as a universal key holder and primary telephone contact
Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or General Manager
