Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
Support office staff with various tasks and projects as needed
Ensure a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus
Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
