Organizes, disseminates, and maintains computer-stored information.
Schedules and maintains electronic calendars for supervisors, conference rooms, and special events.
Makes purchases below the micro-purchase threshold using the government purchase card.
Prepares, processes, and advises employees on travel documents, including travel orders, travel vouchers, itineraries, visit requests/security clearances, and invitational and foreign travel requests.
