Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards sales targets

- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance

- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote company products and services

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role

- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques

- Proficient in using EMR software to manage customer relationships

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software

- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures

- Training development experience is a plus

- Strong schedule management skills

- Previous experience in medical office management is preferred

- Front desk experience is a plus

- Excellent calendar management skills

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $42,384.77 - $51,044.03 per year
