We are a plumbing service business. We have about 20 technicians in the field and 3 people in the office. Laid back office environment handling incoming customer calls, dispatching technicians. No corporate environment.
- We will never work from home - this job requires Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 5pm, some limited on call is required where you will need to answer the on call phone after hours on occasion.
- Must be patient and kind to customers on the phone, able to communicate with our plumbers in the field.
- Good tech skills with gmail, basic software and quick to learn our software platforms.
- Works well with others in small, friendly environment.
- Assist with different tasks and personally assist owner. More responsibilities available based on experience.
