Office Manager Job Duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accepts instructions, handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
People Management and training
Efficiently manage time and deadlines to ensure smooth office operations?
HR/payroll (timecards)
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Schedule
Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay
$64,000- $72,000 (depending on experience)
Office Manager Requirements
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Experience supervising and training staff
Previous office manager experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize to-dos
