Required Qualifications:

- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and patient support
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing responsibilities
- Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling and office marketing
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and suggest improvements
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced setting
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Supervisor
