What you’ll do:
Oversee Office Operations : Ensure smooth daily operations, manage supplies, liaise with building management, and maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
HR Support : Address employee issues, run payroll (with training provided on Insperity), communicate HR policies, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Vendor and IT Coordination : Manage vendor relationships, oversee IT needs with external providers, and ensure all services are delivered correctly and timely.
Promote Team Efficiency : Foster collaboration within the back-office team, enforce process adherence, and drive productivity by ensuring timely task completion and communication.
Manage Client Billing : Handle client invoices, track payments, record expenses, and ensure accurate financial documentation using QuickBooks.
What you will need:
Preferably 6-8+ years’ experience
Leadership skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
QuickBooks experience

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a significant discretionary bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
