Reports to: Branch Manager
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the office and HR procedures. Includes communicating and supporting department heads with admin and HR related tasks and implementing and overseeing office and HR procedures throughout the branch.
Responsibilities And Duties
Train and oversee office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
Oversee and update CRM database and company administrative procedures and policies
Assist managers with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees and organizing their employment paperwork
Oversee and organize onboarding, termination, and training documents of all branch employees.
Ensuring offices are clean, safe, and up to company standards
Assess, and fix IT issues including determining if issue(s) need to be outsourced
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
Assist in Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bringing them to resolution
Ensure the organization’s compliant with local, state, and federal HR regulations
Partner with management to ensure strategic administrative and HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Maintain integrity of HR systems and processes
Assist in developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Support supervisors and managers in performance and salary reviews
Support the Branch Manager and leadership team as needed in promoting the company image and supporting the company mission and values
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum 5 year’s experience in office administration, including HR knowledge
Knowledge of a broad range of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
Excellent Salary and Benefit Package: $60,000 - $65,000 range
