LHH is currently looking for an incredible office manager for one of our clients in the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra area. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Scheduling Flights/Travel
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews
  • Assisting with RFP's


Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
