Base pay range
LHH is seeking a professional and courteous Contract Office Manager in Midtown Atlanta. This position requires hands-on office management skills, including managing lunches, ordering supplies, organizing and storing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the break room and office areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical tasks such as setting up supplies and cleaning up after meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Coordinate office lunches and ensure timely setup and cleanup.
- Order office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels; responsible for unpacking and organizing deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the break room and common areas.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and cleaning up afterward.
- Handle mail and deliveries.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying office supplies.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
- Contract Duration: Temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
- Location: Midtown Atlanta, accessible by public transportation.
