We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technological skills, motivation to drive our company to the next level, and a dedication to delivering high-quality client service. This role will involve working hand-in-hand with our partners, developing and maintaining strong client partnerships, overseeing our company’s workflow software, and helping our team members.

This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all client calls in a friendly, calm manner and be the first point of contact for our clients.
  • Assist in managing our workflow, including recommending operational improvements as well as:
    • Billing, both customer and vendor billings
    • Assist with our largest clients day-to-day accounting activities
    • Client onboarding and offboarding
    • Marketing endeavors
    • Prepare and collect engagement letters from clients.
  • Aid in major software implementations and transitions, including handling our phone system conversion to Zoom Phone.
  • Help implement and push our company culture forward!

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Possess the ability to self-motivate, work with a sense of urgency, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong technological skills. As a primarily remote accounting firm, this is essential!
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
