We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team.
As an Office Manager at Drywall Doctor, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales, marketing, customer service and dispatch functions and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee a team of sales, marketing, customer service and dispatch teams.
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Managing and organizing paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and client records.
Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records of transactions and interactions.
Handling billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
