Office Manager

Essential Functions:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office environment is professional and is operating smoothly.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
- Create and update reports, letters and other documents utilizing MS Office or other software.
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables and periodically develop reporting and work with sales team to collect aged receivables.
- At the direction of management, identify opportunities for business process and office management improvements, and design and implement appropriately.
- Execute Payroll (utilizing online payroll service) including detailed review of online timecards, PTO/holiday tracking, salesman commissions calculations, and execute owner 401k.
- Onboard new employees and ensure all documentation and processes are completed.
- Administer employee training at the direction of management such as assigning training modules, monitoring progress, documentation of completion and execution of any training rewards programs.
- Assist with special projects as needed (e.g. audits, system implementations, marketing tests)
- Manage company special events, trainings and conferences including logistics planning
