Requirements
Completion of a high-school education or equivalent with 1-3 years' experience in commercial office space management and maintenance is required.
Experience and training in building automation controls for mechanical heating and ventilation systems, building security systems is required.
This position requires in-person work and being located in the Denver, Colorado area.
Facilities Management Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and supervising building custodial and utility maintenance contractors
Managing and daily monitoring of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning building automation systems
Daily office and breakroom clutter pick-up, reset of conference rooms
Light-duty general office repair & maintenance
Coordination with building landlord grounds maintenance, snow removal, parking access gate operations
Security Management responsibilities include:
Managing security system, monitoring calls, being the point of contact for security alarms and after-hours calls
Working with the Human Resources Director to manage building and parking lot access systems
Manage annual security permitting fees with City and County of Denver Licensing
Office Management responsibilities include:
Managing office supply inventory and ordering
Maintaining organization and clean-up of on-site and off-site storage areas
Preparing for in-office events, coordinating with caterers and vendors, and clean-up after events
Providing support for office administration team by taking calls at reception desk, making coffee, and emptying dishwasher
Compensation is provided on an hourly-basis commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
