This role is responsible to administratively support the organization. The Office Assistant will help manage the day-to-day workflow and prioritize various projects which include office coordination, scheduling, correspondence, preparing materials for meetings, expense reporting, and making travel arrangements.
Essential Functions

Help maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Ensure office supplies, kitchen, and bathroom items are always fully stocked.
Maintain office equipment, scheduling repairs as needed.
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
Assist with operational management duties, including calendar organization, expense reporting, and invoice management.
Assist the CEO Executive Assistant with various corporate initiatives and projects for the CEO.
Work with GPFS staff to collect and assemble information for presentations, projects, and strategic planning.
Electronically file and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
Maintain confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Light personal administrative duties
Use various software, including Microsoft Office suite.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
1+ years Administrative Assistant experience or other relevant administrative support experience
