We're a leading P.I. firm specializing in investigative research and background checks, and we're searching for a superstar Remote Office Administrator to join our growing team!
In this role, you'll be the foundation of our virtual office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll wear many hats, from managing digital files and client communications to supporting our team with various administrative tasks.
Here's What You'll Do
Become a master of organization: Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records.
Be our communication whiz: Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Data entry and record-keeping? You got it! Assist with keeping our information accurate and up-to-date.
Lend a helping hand: Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Keep things running smoothly: Assist in maintaining office supplies (even though it's remote!).
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has experience as an office administrator or similar role and knows how to get things done.
Is a computer whiz who can navigate and utilize various software and digital tools.
Can stay on top of it all with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Has a keen eye for detail and can solve problems with a positive attitude.
Thrives in an independent role and prioritizes tasks like a champ.
Has a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace ready to go.
Has a high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for additional qualifications in office administration!).

- Ready to join our team? We operate Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. While this role is remote, selected candidates will be required to commute to our office in Keller, TX for a two-week training period.
