Primary Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities would include supporting a Partner and team with the following activities:

  • Assist advisors with on-boarding of new clients: populate our standard contract with new client information, obtain all appropriate forms from custodian, work with new clients and coordinate submission with the custodian for processing
  • Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client related transaction requests
  • Assist with the Billing process
  • Manage and administer the quarterly client reporting process
  • Serve as on-going liaison between advisors and custodian, project managing account openings and maintenance paperwork
  • Organize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), reporting, and filing systems


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in technology/applications; experience with Addepar, Excel, Salesforce, Schwab and Fidelity preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
  • Attitude that no task is too small and a willingness to do whatever tasks are necessary to make sure that the work is done correctly and on time
  • Be proactive, identifying and preventing potential problems
  • Clearly communicate with internal team and clients at all levels, providing regular progress updates
  • Ideally have 5-10 years experience in financial services preferred; minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
