What you will do:
Shipping and Mailing
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of mail, office supplies, and equipment
Serve as ultimate point-of-contact for supply ordering company-wide
Collect and process employee requests for equipment, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests.
Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring the tracking and organization of requests for accurate and timely delivery
Manage office supplies and restock as needed
Continuously identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to maximize efficiency of equipment mailing procedures
Assist in the collection, setup, maintenance, and dispersion of iPads company-wide utilizing Jamf
Maintain accurate records of iPad assignments and coordinate transfers as needed.
Coordinate repairs or replacements for malfunctioning devices
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with electronic devices
Accounting
Collaborate with the accounting team by coding expenses, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and reporting via QuickBooks Online.
Prepare, issue, and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies
Office Administration
Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office space
Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
Assist in the development and implementation of office organization policies
Assist in and perform data analysis projects cross-departmentally to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and room for improvement.
Continuously be improving existing processes, identifying opportunities for cost-reduction, increases in efficiency, and overall organizational improvement.
All other duties as assigned.
What you need:

Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
Proficient knowledge of computers, iPads, Microsoft Office, and other forms of electronics and software
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software for recording, coding, and tracking expenses

Proficient knowledge of Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc,
