General Statement of Job: The Executive Protection (EP) agent provides a safe and secure environment for the executive and personnel, allowing them to conduct their business and personal lives unencumbered. The focus of the EP agent is to provide executive security support during local transportation to and from their workplace, maintain an additional low-profile security posture within the executive area, and accompanies the executives during various business and social outings. Additionally, the EP agent will provide security support during executive business and personal travel. This EP agent will provide unparalleled protection and service to the principal and client employees. The EP agent reports to the Senior Manager of Protective Strategies. Essential Job Functions: ▪ Develop and manage customized security or operations plans in partnership with client security personnel for specialized and sensitive events ▪

Conduct pre-event site and threat assessments ▪ Initiate emergency-response actions in the event of crises, emergencies, or threats to executives ▪ Provide first responder level medical support as circumstances dictate ▪ Communicate clearly and concisely in high stress or sensitive environments ▪ Take proactive measures to prevent critical incidents ▪

Conduct security threat assessments to identify potential security and safety related issues while reviewing the daily schedule and projected itinerary of the principal ▪

Perform logistical support by coordinating with hosts, staff, drivers, and others to ensure a seamless and consistent application of protective security measures ▪ Assist with the planning and execution for visiting VIPs to include heads of state, political leaders, and executives from other organizations to ensure a safe environment ▪ Maintain awareness with trends, actions and issues with emphasis on terrorism, criminal threats, workplace violence, political instability, civil conflicts, and developments in the executive protection field Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: ▪ Minimum five years experience with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency, showing progressive responsibility ▪ Honorably retired law enforcement ▪ Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted ▪ Tactical Operations or Executive Protection experience ▪ Experience making high-stress decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ▪ Ability to work with little or no supervision ▪ Ability to work as an individual and part of a complex team ▪ Must possess excellent time management and administrative skills ▪ Excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy skills ▪ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ▪ Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed ▪ Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service What we can offer: ▪ 45.00 hourly ▪ Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees ▪ Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time ▪ A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth (ADA) Minimum Qualifications or Standards Required to Perform Essential Job Functions

Verbal Aptitude: Requires the ability to record and deliver information, to explain procedures, and follow verbal and written instruction. Visual Acuity:

Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, writing, and reading. Must be able to make general observations of facilities or structures. Required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle. Language Ability: Requires the ability to read a variety of informational documentation, directions, instructions, methods and procedures related to the job function. Requires the ability to write job-related documents. Requires the ability to speak with and before others with poise, voice control, and confidence using correct English and well modulated voice. Intelligence: Requires the ability to learn and understand relatively complex principles and techniques related to job duties; to make independent judgments in absence of supervision; to acquire knowledge of topics related to primary occupation. Numerical Aptitude:

Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas; add, subtract, multiply and divide figures; determine percentages; determine time weight. Form/Spatial Aptitude: Requires the ability to inspect items for proper length, width, and shape, visually with job-related equipment. Motor Coordination: Requires the ability to coordinate hands and eyes in using job-related equipment. Manual Dexterity: Requires the ability to handle a variety of items including computer equipment, control knobs, switches, other job-related equipment, etc. Must have the ability to use one hand for twisting or turning motion while coordinating other hand with different activities. Must have above average levels of eye/hand/foot coordination. Color Discrimination: Requires the ability to differentiate colors and shades of color. Interpersonal Temperament: Requires the ability to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions related to job function. The worker needs to relate to people in situations involving more than giving or receiving instructions under stressful situations. Must be adaptable to performing under considerable stress when confronted with an emergency. Physical Communication: Requires the ability to talk and/or hear: talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words; those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Must be able maintain a stationary position up to 100% of the time; move or traverse about the property, indoors and outdoors, up to 100% of the time including ascending/descending stairs. Environmental Conditions:
