They will represent employers in various legal proceedings, provide counsel on labor and employment laws, and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving various employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.Provide advice and counsel to employers on various labor and employment laws and regulations.Requirements:JD is from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.7+ years of litigation experience, employment law background strongly preferred.Active WA Bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.Understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, teamwork, and the ability to work independently on various projects.Benefits Offered:Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.401(k) Retirement Plan.Flexible Spending
