Position: OEM Global Sales Director

As we expand our presence in the European, Japanese and USA markets, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced OEM Sales Director to join our team. 


Location: USA or EU


Job Description: As the OEM Sales Director for the global market, you will be responsible for driving our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales strategy and initiatives across the regions. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key OEM partners. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, you will build a high-performing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive OEM sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market/customer penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEM partners, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of OEM sales/product professionals, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in OEM sales leadership roles within the tools and equipment sector, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of OEM market dynamics, trends, and customer requirements within the European & USA region.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required.
