Per diem. As needed 8 or 10-hour shifts scheduled Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We Are Seeking An Occupational Therapist To
Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs.
Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration.
Work in collaboration with UW Health wellness staff to consider long term healthy living strategies beyond occupational therapy care.
Work within a large, dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
Education
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Preferred - Master's Degree.
Work Experience :
Preferred - Two (2) Years Prior Relevant Experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
