This role is for a prestigious regional medical center in Hartsville, SC. The ideal candidate must possess current licensure and be willing to relocate to Hartsville or the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services with a focus on lymphedema and pelvic floor conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to support ongoing therapy.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license.
