Board Certified Behavior Analyst (bcba) Responsibilities
- Management of cases that includes communicating with parents/caregivers and other therapists to address issues such as data collection, graphing, and programmatic decisions
- Administers functional assessments which may include VB-MAAP, ABLLS, and EFL in conjunction with quarterly updates
- Develops treatment plans and modifies as needed
- BCBA certification required
- Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with individuals with developmental disabilities required
- Florida Driver’s License in good standing
- Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship
- Must be able to complete assessments and behavior plans, staff training, data collection and monitoring
- Prior knowledge/experience with Florida med waiver requirements a plus
