PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking an OB Intake Nurse for our Columbus Health Center.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Meets with each new OB patient to determine the level of care needed.
Educated OB patient on delivery hospital, GBS documentation, breat/bottle feeding, postpartum care.
Works collaboratively with the OB health care team including providers, medical assistants, social workers, and nursing team.
Attends internal and community meetings as assigned and participates in quality improvement activities.
Successful candidates will have a LPN license and 2-3 years of OB clinical care experience.
Employment with PrimaryOne Health is contingent on new hires completing full COVID-19 vaccination within 45 days of start date to maintain employment (unless you request and receive an exemption)
