Your Responsibilities

Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.

Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications That Ignite Success

Licensure and Certification: possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.

Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, management, or related field.

Experience: You bring 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, and a minimum of 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Academic degree in nursing.

Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree.

Experience

Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.

Certifications

Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
