Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Nursing Manager - Emergency Room at Baton Rouge General Medical Center located in Prairieville, LA. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Room, including managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and coordinating with other departments. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Nursing Management and Nursing skills
• Experience in Emergency Care
• Knowledge of medicine and patient care
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Current nursing license
• Advanced certification in emergency nursing is a plus
