  • Possess a bachelor's degree in nursing,
  • Bring 8 years of nursing experience.
  • Have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • 8 years nursing experience
  • 3 years of management experience ideally in an ASC setting
  • Orthopedic experience a plus
  • Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities of clinical and business operations of the facility
  • Knowledge of surgical workflow
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources without compromising patient satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of state, regulatory, CMS and AAAHC accrediting requirements
  • Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
