Possess a bachelor's degree in nursing,
Bring 8 years of nursing experience.

Requirements
Licensed Registered Nurse preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
8 years nursing experience
3 years of management experience ideally in an ASC setting
Orthopedic experience a plus
Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities of clinical and business operations of the facility
Knowledge of surgical workflow
Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources without compromising patient satisfaction
Strong knowledge of state, regulatory, CMS and AAAHC accrediting requirements
Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
Expert verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
