Responsibilities
The Nursing Director Ambulatory Care will report to the VP Ambulatory Care and have oversight of the overall operational, clinical alignment, financial and overall performance of Ambulatory Services, providing strategic direction to meet the needs of the facility market place. The Nursing Director Ambulatory Care is responsible for:
Long range strategic planning of the department
Development of the annual operating and capital budgets
Maintaining staff productivity levels and staff development
Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Effective Customer Service/ Patient Experience program
