About The Position

DAP Health -

  • Full Time
  • Hours:40 Hour 5 Day Work Week

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10000
  • Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 plus quarterly bonuses up to $6,250
  • Benefits: - Health insurance with employer contribution- HSA & FSA- Employer-paid basic life insurance- AD&D, short and long-term disability- 401k with company match- 160 hours of vacation time- 96 hours of sick leave- 12 paid holidays- Paid medical license, renewal, and certification- 5 days CME and $1,500
  • Additional Info: Requires at least a year of experience in primary care.
