Position Overview:The Nuclear Medicine Tech will work under the supervision of the Director of Radiology to administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for processing data, enhancing digital images using advanced computer technology, and providing images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures. Additionally, they will evaluate images to determine technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.

Job Description:

Must-Haves:
Graduate of an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine technology program
Current certification by ARRT (NM) or NMTCB. Current certification by the State of NM in Nuclear Medicine
1 year working experience in an acute care facility preferred
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education: Graduate of an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine technology program
Minimum Experience: 1 year working experience in an acute care facility preferred
Licensure: Current certification by ARRT (NM) or NMTCB. Current certification by the State of NM in Nuclear Medicine. If registry eligible, must complete and pass within one year of hired date
