North America Supply Chain Manager

【Position Responsibility】:

1)Develop and effectively execute all processes and strategies related to the procurement of inventory items and parts, coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sales orders.

2)Develop and maintain a monthly forecast and drive the demand planning process with PMC.

3)Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

4)Develop and implement supply chain solutions from customer order to delivery, continuously improve the operation efficiency of supply chain.

5)Collaborate with sales, sales operations, and finance teams to resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays.

6)Participate and contribute to the setup of sales system in Sales Force and SAP.

【Background Required】:

1)Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2)Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific expertise in inventory forecasting, procurement, and logistics.

3)Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.

4)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and report writing skills.

5)Adaptability and a willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment.
