Position Overview

The North America Senior Creative is a pivotal role within our North America Marketing team, responsible for connecting, leading, and executing high-level creative concepts and projects. This individual will oversee the development of compelling concepts, visuals, and strategies that align with our brand's vision and NA business goals. The North America Senior Creative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective creative solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership:
  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Aid in the creative direction and maintaining consistency across all North America marketing creative projects and campaigns.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to develop and implement creative strategies that support North America business objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing managers, sales teams, and other departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored creative solutions.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership, articulating the vision and rationale behind creative concept and design choices.
  • Creative Development
  • Aid in briefing high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, advertisements, and digital media to deliver on creative concepts
  • Generating creative ideas and writing scripts for different marketing channels and formats.
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
  • Present the main selling points in creative ways that resonate with consumers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the creative approach fresh and relevant.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Participate in review of all creative materials before final production.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail in all creative work.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.
  • In-depth Product and Consumer Understanding
  • Fully thorough understand of our products, technology, and features, becoming the product expert within the marketing team. Personally experience the product to identify key marketing points.
  • Have a deep understanding of consumers through user research.


What you bring to Amazfit

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a creative role
  • Creative leadership role within marketing, advertising, or a related field with ideally a strong focus on consumer brands and have both agency & internal experience, with a passion for consumer technology products.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a robust portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
