Technical Corporate Real Estate Program Manager #892044
Location: Orlando, FL. (Will require time on site weekly)
Contract length: Beginning at 5 months.
Pay rate: $90-95/hr. based on matching experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven program-level experience in leading technology projects or multi-threaded effort
Proven facilitator that can lead project meetings and workshops driving commitments, accountability, and deliverables.

Demonstrated experience developing and managing software development project plans.

End-user experience and a moderate level of competency in the use of modern program and project management tools, such as Corporate Real Estate portfolio, PPM, Clarity, Smartsheet, MS Project Online, etc.
Demonstrates organizing teams through Agile ceremonies, e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Proficiency with a wide range of productivity tools, including collaboration software (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and standard MS Office tools (e.g., Outlook Online, OneDrive)
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within the CREs portfolio of platforms and tools, supporting application delivery for our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio. This individual will work closely with various project owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.
The CRE portfolio of platforms and tools encompasses tools that include Lenel, ServiceNow’s Field Service Management, integrations with Cisco and Cisco Office Utilization tools, badge swipe solutions, visitor management solutions, and several space planning tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Platform Certifications, PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies are preferred.

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $90.00/hr - $95.00/hr and is an Exempt role.
