New Product Introduction Operations and Tracking Lead

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the NPI Operations and Tracking Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various operational aspects related to New Product Introduction (NPI), including overseeing internal tracking databases. Also, you will provide crucial support for commercial events, logistics, strategy, planning, and management of special projects.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and be adept at coordinating and leading key milestones to gather initial information with points of contact. You will also be responsible for scheduling, leading, and recording new product introduction checkpoint calls with meeting minutes and sharing notes and updates with attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Internal databases.
• Provide support for commercial events, logistics, strategy, and planning.
• Manage special projects related to NPI operations.
• Lead checkpoint calls to gather initial information from key contacts.
• Schedule, facilitate, and record calls with meeting minutes.
• Share notes and updates with attendees.

Cross-Departmental Smartsheet Integration Initiative:

• Integrate Smartsheet across departments to streamline processes and reduce duplication.
• Manage Smartsheet for project tracking, updates, timeline management, and team task coordination for NPI operations.
