Grizzly Land Services, LLC, seeks experienced Title Landmen for various title projects throughout the Permian Basin in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Title Research to Establish Property Ownership
  • Prepare Runsheets for Title Opinions
  • Complete Mineral & Leasehold Ownership Reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with New Mexico Title
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
  • Knowledge of BLM & New Mexico State lease files
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
  • AAPL Membership Preferred
  • Ability to travel to when necessary
  • Must be Independent Contractor
