The New Home Scheduler position is needed to assist in the scheduling of new home performance testing on new residential construction projects throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Work from Home, but may require travel for local trainings and possible monthly meetings therefore Local Applicants Only.
Job Responsibilities
The New Home Scheduler performs the daily schedule coordination and weekly planning functions focusing on efficient schedule development, tracking schedule updates, follow up verifications, and future schedule forecasting.
Primary Responsibilities And Duties
Provide excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for the company.
Monitor and maintain the company’s database of energy efficiency consulting Home Visits.
Schedules all energy efficiency consulting Home Visits for our clients.
Performs detailed review of Builder schedules to proactively identify and track all schedule changes.
Revises schedules when required due to builder requests, labor or material shortages, and all other potential delays.
Monitors actual progress and compares it with assigned schedule.
Actively seeks out schedule optimization opportunities.
Monitors status of schedules and program milestones to proactively identify problem areas and solutions.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Job Qualifications
Proven customer service and/or scheduling experience.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of the principles and building practices of the construction process.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Capability to multitask under pressure.
Good time management skills and work ethic.
Ability to problem solve and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated while working from home.
