In this role, you will:

  • Properly meet and greet customers in a professional and upbeat manner and provide support functions for the sales staff. To be very service oriented and strive to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome.
  • Maintain and place office supply orders as needed.
  • Manage cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the Sales Center including but not limited to bathrooms, closing rooms, etc.
  • Process all product and collateral deliveries (unpacking and storage)
  • Open and prepare the sales center for the day.
  • Maintain the coffee station and stock refrigerator with water throughout the day.
  • Manage collateral at front reception, (Floorplans / Premium Features / Site plan / Pricing / Lot Premiums / HOA Fees) aka complete brochure kits.
  • Assist with and process new guest and broker registrations/Update existing registrations in Salesforce and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of information.
  • Ensure Out-of-State Non-Solicitation Affidavit is signed by all Closed State guests and scanned into Salesforce.
  • Handle lead rotations from C.O.C. by assigning leads to the New Homes Sales Professionals
  • Keep the Director of Sales informed with daily New Home Sales Office activities.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Phone etiquette and professional demeanor required
  • Welcoming, positive, and can-do attitude
  • 3+ Years experience in customer service/hospitality environment (highly desired)
  • 3+ Years sales center environment (preferred)
  • Office management experience highly desired
