Our Role

We are seeking a charismatic and driven New Business Manager who has a deep understanding of the design industry and can bring an energetic presence to our team. This individual will be responsible for driving all sales efforts and growing our business, particularly in the wellness, beauty, healthcare, e-commerce, design, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker who thrives on creating workflows, developing strategies, and taking the lead in expanding our client relationships.


The candidate must have prior experience driving sales and revenue growth by selling websites, digital marketing, and/or projects and retainers. They should have worked in agency sales for at least 2 years with proven pipeline and closing experience. This high-touch position requires significant client engagement, ownership of the sales process, and prospective client experience.


Day-to-Day

  • Conduct thorough research across industries, trends, and RFPs to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Brainstorm and implement goal-oriented strategies for attracting and connecting with new contacts and potential clients.
  • Represent our brand at networking events, B2B interactions, and on social media.
  • Schedule and lead client intake meetings, documenting notes, organizing and assigning next steps for the team, and tracking the progression of leads.
  • Advise clients on services that match their goals and needs.
  • Engage in creative negotiation with new clients regarding services, fees, and payment options.
  • Create estimates and proposals.
  • Develop and implement new business processes to support company growth.
  • Test and develop project and partnership profitability (scope, resources, deliverables).
  • Engage in relationship-driven client communication through emails, calls, and meetings.
  • Manage phone responsibilities and provide account management support.
  • Support financial forecasting and other assigned projects.


About You

  • 5+ years of customer service management experience required.
  • 3+ years of sales experience required, with a track record of bringing in enterprise sales nationwide.
  • Experience in the wellness, beauty, e-commerce, design, and hospitality industries preferred.
  • Financial background is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, engaging personality and familiarity with smaller agency settings.
