Title: Network Technician I

Location: Pittsburgh PA

Duration: 06+ Month Contract with the possibility of extension

Job Position

  • Contributes to the team support for data network and server incident and event management including investigation, troubleshooting, reporting, resolution, root cause analysis and corrective action management - this includes on-call, off-hours support for on-site work
  • Coordinates with this company and Client teams in delivery of services to HDQ customers
  • Participates as a fully integrated member of the Data Networking team, responsible to the delivery of successful solutions and trouble resolution
  • Monitors data networks for performance, security and stability - takes action to identify trends and proactively address issues
