We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network/Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role that offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects and initiatives that drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and maintaining system infrastructures, including Syteline 10, Syteline, Infor, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and manage all network and system operations to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our system infrastructure, including Syteline 10, Syteline, Infor, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate with vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and systems to support business objectives.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure the effective operation of all software and hardware components.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing proper access controls and backup procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff and assist in training initiatives to ensure optimal system use.
• Stay current with technological trends and developments in the field of system administration.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in information technology, with a focus on system administration.
• 2+ years of experience with Syteline 10, Syteline, Infor, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Proven experience in system management and maintenance, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to team goals and a willingness to help others.
