Network Real estate Project Manager

" Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

" Role: Real Estate Project Manager of Network Real Estate and Regulatory

" Location: Southern California (SoCal), reporting to Irvine office at least 3 days a week

  • Manage vendors during real estate process for site modification program
  • Manage regulatory approval requirements and compliance
  • Interface with stakeholders (landlords, vendors, community officials, legal counsel)
  • Maintain database systems and reports
  • Manage end-to-end real estate process through construction handoff
  • Work with Network Implementation teams to resolve on-site challenges
  • Collaborate with vendors (architectural, engineering, contractors) on project design
  • Host weekly planning sessions with vendors and stakeholders
  • Resolve property management and landlord/tenant disputes
  • Provide administrative functional support

Must-Have Skills For Network Real Estate Project Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (real estate, municipal engagement, contractual negotiation)
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects to completion
  • Advanced knowledge in reading construction drawings, specs, and building codes
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets for project trackers

Desired Skills For Network Real Estate Project Manager

  • Wireless Site Acquisition Experience
  • Experience dealing with property management issues & disputes
  • Experience working in Telecommunication tools like Fuze
