Network Operator

Please note: This is an overnight technical support role.

This position is with one of the one of the top law firms in the United States. This firm has been ranked as the #1 law firm for litigation within mergers and acquisitions and securities. They have handled many recent high-profile acquisitions for clientele like the LA Dodgers, PayPal, Intel, Louis Vuitton, and Caesars Entertainment in their recent acquisitions. In addition, they are labeled a Gold Standard firm every year for their strong culture, charity efforts, non-profit events, tuition reimbursement, and an in-house university for further professional development.

They are hiring Network Operators for our White Plains office (hybrid). Multiple shifts available:

1. Weekend Nights: Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon (3 days/week), 7pm-7:30am EST
2. Nights: Mon-Fri (5 days/week), 11pm-7:30am EST

Responsibilities

• These roles ensure 24/7/365 availability and performance of our production infrastructure.
• Proactive service management, incident response, monitoring system health,
• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and documentation.

Requirements

• Maintaining Windows Services in Virtualized Environments (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, File Permissions, Security)
• TCP/IP networking
• Administering and troubleshooting VMware Clusters in high-availability setups, with Windows & Linux guest operating systems
