Network Operations Analyst
Shift: 6am-6pm Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday******
Globally partnering with our Customers to deliver world class technical support infrastructures and applications, enabling growth, diversification and new business generation. Provide 24x7x365 technical operations support global infrastructure; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users.
Must be able to:
• Monitor the infrastructure, and be a key stakeholder Incident and Change Management processes
• Regularly perform data analysis to determine performance and identify areas of improvement
• Execute Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
• Perform effective vendor management techniques to ensure forward-progress managed Incidents
• Monitor the performance of traffic, systems, and central site processing, addressing anomalies detected
• Conduct quarterly Release and patch rollout for European authorization system
• Route central site and customer traffic as necessary to minimize downtime and impact to the brand and business
Requirements based on File Transfer function requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one of the following 5 areas in the OCC (UNIX, Mainframe, Production Control, Debit, Network)
• General understanding of the areas in the OCC (UNIX, Mainframe, Production Control, Debit, Network), and is a subject matter expert in one of the two fOCCus groups in the OCC (Transactions Processing, File Transfer). Along with a holistic understanding of how all the pieces of the OCC fit together.
• Basic Authorization concepts
• Project management
• ITIL Experience, with emphasis on Incident/Problem/ChangeManagement
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Effective organization skills

- Mainframe console commands
- File failure monitoring, troubleshooting and customer support
- IBM Tivoli alarm monitoring/follow up
- Production Control IWS action on failed jobs
- Knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language) and action on failed jobs
- Putty and Cyberark knowledge for remote server access and troubleshooting
