Job Responsibilities:

  • Network Equipment Management:
  • Issue and track network equipment.
  • Develop and refine processes for tracking and issuing network equipment.


  • Capacity Planning:
  • Assess existing utilization to forecast incremental capacity needs.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.


  • Field Issue Resolution:
  • Support Field Issue Resolution Engineering.
  • Manage test infrastructure and inventory for CPE equipment.


  • Enterprise Network Planning:
  • Plan and implement enterprise networks and related hardware and software.
  • Issue, manage, and inventory network, customer premise, and ancillary lab equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management for CPE equipment: ordering, tracking, and delivering hardware as needed.
  • Forecasting and planning for network capacity increases.
  • Creating efficient processes for equipment management and tracking.


Must-Have Skillsets:

  • Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience. A proactive individual who understands business and equipment needs.


  • Process Creation:
  • Experience developing processes to track equipment inventory related to access infrastructure (modems, routers, access points, CPE devices, etc.).


  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of network hardware and software, security technologies, and network infrastructure.
