The successful candidate will possess significant experience with, and have responsibility for, the following skills and domains. This position is a combined architectural/operational role.
Design and build wired and wireless network infrastructure and wide-area/hybrid networks
Implement security and compliance practices and policies
Perform maintenance, renewals, and remediation of network infrastructure
Implement network monitoring and alerting (jointly with systems team)
Provider and vendor management
Production support to internal teams
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Network Engineer. Experience in the information security sector is ideal
Participates in a team-wide on-call rotation
Able to work onsite and travel within the Seattle area
Able to perform some work off hours, during non-impacting service windows, to implement, upgrade, and replace infrastructure
Able to work prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
Able to lift up to 45 pounds during physical maintenance
