Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting LAN networking equipment in a complex networking environment with at least 1,000 remote endpoints. This includes switches, routers/firewalls, and VPN devices. Proficiency in troubleshooting using protocol analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) and conducting in-depth analysis on network data captures is essential.
Analytical and technical knowledge of DMVPN, IPSec, OSPF/BGP is required.
Experience in supporting and troubleshooting 4G/5G modem technologies. Multi-vendor experience is preferred.
Experience with Cisco hardware and Cisco IOS software in a complex TCP/IP environment, including routing, port forwarding/NAT, and VPN management.
Experience in supporting and configuring wireless network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Ubiquiti, Aruba.
Experience working with business users to understand their business requirements and implementing technical solutions to meet those requirements.
Experience configuring and managing network equipment using centralized management consoles (e.g., Cisco IoT Dashboard, Cisco Meraki, etc.). This includes keeping firmware up to date and standardizing device configuration.
